Tea or Cofee

I drink half calf coffee in the morning to wake myself up and get me going. During the day I like to drink water, or sometimes juice. Winter though, I drink chamamile tea a lot. I love to drink tea with a little homey than coffee. Sometimes coffee left an after taste which is not very pleasant for me to take.

I like to take hot coffee at breakfast time but not tea. My hubby and I like to have a mug of green tea an hour before going to bed and my son as well. Most of the time I prepare Chinese green tea (qiyedan or yiyeseng) in the evening. Many of my friends always complained that they couldn’t get to sleep after taking tea before going to bed. But this has never happened to us so far.

I love tea and this is rather uncommon here in Italy where everybody prefers coffee..but even though I love preparing a good coffee for my friends or guests, I am a fan of tea and I am always looking for fine brands and new tastes..I prefer having it without any sugar or milk or lemon...just tea and my favourite moment is in the afternoon..If I am at home I like to have it served with cups and teapots and biscuits...if I am out, I hate having it in a common bar because you have to be in a hurry and tea is not meant to be drinked fast..I like having green tea while working..mainly in the afternoon so it helps me find warmth and relax.

Bed tea ? I don't drink tea before I go to bed. It's kind of strange to me to drink tea before sleep. I don't even know that there's a drinking habit such as bed tea. I usually drink tea a moment after i wake up.For me, a cup of tea is a good thing to start a day of your life. It gives you a great way to be refreshed. :)
