do you brush your teeth to the best?

i try to brush my teeth to the best but couldnt because i dont know which is the best way to do it we need to consult a dentist for this but i domake ita point to do it in the right way and no bad smell comes from my mouth .........but i have seen people just using mouth liquids and they are finsih with h=their brushing so i would suggest its better to brush your teeth twice a day and it would surely help you in a beautiful white smile

I do take time to really brush my teeth, actually I go the extra mile, by brushing my teeth, gums, all inside and around my mouth, I brush underneath my tongue and my tongue itself, and so do my family... This is a great habit to get into... Although teeth are not sparkling white unless you go get them seen to by a dentist and then keep up the maintainance...

Most teeth are NOT white... they can be any shade from white to beige naturally, and even bleaching won't change them to white. Mine are that way, and the only cure would be to have them capped. Since thats a pretty expensive treatment, I just don't smile as much as I'd like--- so people don't notice.
