Can you sleep without a Night lamp?

I had to laugh at this question because I've been sleeping with a night-lite, or night lamp for years. I see too many things in the dark that I don't wish to see, lol!...It all started after I saw the movie "The Exorcist" and I've been in the light ever since. Thanks for the question, haven't thought about that in a long time, really made me chuckle!

I used to not like it to be totally dark, but now I need it to be pretty dark to sleep. The clock beside my bed is pretty bright, and I usually have to turn it around because it bothers me.

A good sleep is should in not have the night light in the situation tocomplete. I from young close the lamp on the custom to sleep,like this can let me rest quite well.
