Can you tell when someone is lying?

It's hard to tell for me.I just end up getting burned by it.It's been to often the case that I found out later what happen and by then it's too late.

Well if you are looking at someone and they are looking to your left they are lying if they are looking to the right or straight at you theyare telling the truth. The police use this technique. When they are looking to your left they are using their imagination side of the brain and when they are looking to your right they are remembering.

I never thought of that but maybe in the future it would be a good idea to try.

Yea if you think of it before you go into the situation you should have no problem. You should actually ask a friend of your to lie to you about anything while they are in front of you so you can see the difference. I watched my sister the other day talkin to a friend of hers and she outright lied but I could see it because of her eyes she later told me outright that she lied and then she told her friend and appologized for it. I have seen it first hand. Another way I have noticed too is if the person looks away from you alot it usually means they are lying as well cause they don't want you to see their face.
