OK, I was on Amazon.com and they mentioned saddest ol'school(classic for those of you who don't know)jams, and I had to reply. SOO..... I am starting one over here. You know them, you probably grew up or heard of them. But name some of the saddest jams(songs) if you want to add a memory, ok, if not alright. Here is mine. Ordinary People-John Legend. a great song, but around the time this song came out, I lost someone very dear to me and it just triggers that memory to this day. It Takes a Fool(that Love Don't Love Nobody)-The Spinners. I remember hearing this song as a child and the late Philippe Wynn would sing that song in a way that not too many can come close to it, though I must say Tyler Perry made a stab at it in Madea Goes to Jail. that's one of them songs that make you want to pay attention and learn something along the way. Midnight Train to Georgia. Gladys Knight and her Pips. Every time I think about this, I think about some lonely fella who tries to hit the big city but can't get used to it and decides to head back home to Georgia. Ok, I started it, keep it going.
