it's ur attitude to see sth whether is it a stress o nt for u..u cn choose to face it with an opened-heart or a heavy heart..however,it's easy to say bt hard to practise.i myself oso faced problems in studies and might be stressful for me..the way to release stress is do watever u like,try to digest what u r facing..indeed we shud consider ourselves lucky compare to the others...i mean who they are not physically or mentally perfect..swimming or playing badminton oso nt bad to release stress..sigh...cun do tat here..

There are lots of medium to relase stress, it is up to you on where to spend it.
If you love music, then listen to it and make sure that it's a feel good song!;) Pamper yourself by mingling with friends, chat for a while and discuss other things aside from school topics.
Rest for a while, take a good sleep and take vitamins!;)

I am a student doing my graduation.I dont have any stress till now.I too get stress only when my exams are near approaching,then i release it by talking with my parents or chatting with friends or seeing movies for sometime.

thanks..just sometimes parents will give pressure to us.maybe it's the reason sometimes i feel stress.i will try to talk to them more.relax more..

yup stress is necessary sometimes. we need a little stress to keep us on our toes. we need stress to boost as to study and motivate us to strive harder. but too much stress is also bad enough.
I suggest to exercise to relieve stress. stress causes us to be weary and sometimes could induce certain diseases.
you probably just need to get more exercises. You have to get up, be on your feet and do some moderate kind of exercises, like walking to strengthen your heart and leg muscles. also, light strength training to avoid shrinking your muscles.
perhaps you are just tired to exercise. when we are stressed we are more urged to sleep on it. this however causes more stress than overcoming it.

When I got stress, the best way is to ask my friends out and treat them a dinner together. It's kind of releasing though. In return, they have to accompany me as long as I wanted to.
Another option is to take vacation. Going somewhere. Preferably, beach. It's the most relaxing time. Just turn off your cell phone and hey... It's holiday... Forget about works! Enjoy the private time... :)
