What do you know about Poland?

Poland hmm Ducks : Donald duck, Lech duck, Jarek duck :p Joke i'm from poland too :]

Of course I know where Poland is, along with every other country on the planet. I must confess that most of my knowledge of Poland is rather basic. The capital is Warsaw and the currency is the Zloty, although I have no idea what the exchange rate of the Zloty would be. I imagine that the weather would be roughly the same as here in the United Kingdom, but I cannot be certain. I believe that the national flag is plain red and white horizontal stripes, although I seem to recollect seeing a flag somewhere with the Polish coat of arms set into the white stripe. I also remember the Solidarity movement led by Lech Walesa (I hope that I have spelt his name right) which led to the Independence.

I hope people from all the world know Poland, because I'm from Poland too. Maybe in future we will can write here in Polish, who knows.
