is there a way to regrow a permanent tooth??

according to the article that i have read.. someone from japan have regrow his tooth, not acctually regrow because he as cavity in his tooth the enamel of his tooth regenerate by taking a milk yogurt. is that possible? or its only a fiction or what?

it maybe a very very very good news for me.because in last semester i join in a 3to3 basketball contest with my best friends.in a match ,my friends teeth was broken by the opponent,i am so much sorry to him,i hope your news is ture...
