why is it that before we can get out of one problem something else comes right in front of us to make things impossible again and to make everything worse we find ourselves helpless.. unable to do anything except get angry, a little frustrated and probably cry..
have you ever felt such a thing at any point in your life??

Of course, i have. I don't think it's unnatural n getting angry at that time is also not unnatural. This is wat is called life. Those who r able to go thru those complications successfully can lead good life. So, keeping this truth in mind will help a lot.

yes u r right.. but it is really very hard to maintain our composure in such times
later on we do realize that it was not such a big problem.... or even that it was a very big problem and i was stuck in it but now thanx to god that i am out of it and that too successfully, but at that very moment when we are helpless and angry on our helplessness, then life seems pointless.

well for me I belive 80% of our problems are self made... we often complain that we have failed a subject..? why? we often problemize that we don't have enough money? why? (maybe becuse we haven't been doing/working our best to have it).. we have probelms about our kid's attitude, maybe we haven't trained them well.. today.. try to think what is your problem and try to think what had been the reason....

Life is as simple or as complicated as one wants it to be. Most of us try and find solutions to a problem while considering our own ego, sometimes sub-consciously.
Quite often some straight thinking unravels the most knotted problems and simplifies things.
This is life!

I don't think there's a simple answer to that question!!
We all had bad days - days where even the littlest problem can seem like the end of the world. I think the best thing you can do is just take it one step at a time. Break one big problem down into several little problems. That way its easier to accomplish, and you get a sense of achievement for completing each step.
And sometimes, its best to take a break from whatever the problem is. Sitting and staring at the same problem for hours on end won't get you anywhere. Work on something else for a little while, and come back with a fresh perspective and a positive outlook.
Don't sweat the small stuff. Focus on the big things, think about what makes you happy.

Problems are there no matter who you are. They only change slightly from one person to another. They differ between age groups, races, countries, and sexes. But they are only different by a little. My personal belief is that god has made these obsticals for us to test our faith and learn to overcome adversity. We all need to look at every situation as a learning experience and not dwell in the past. If mistakes were make, fix them, if you can't change the outcome, deal with it, if you don't like the outcome, don't repeat the same thing again and learn from your mistake. You need a game plan and once you have one, it's alot easier to comprehend what needs to be done to get to the point of happiness you need to personally get to. Cheer up...sometimes it's really hard before it gets even a little better, and you have to convince yourself that your going to acomplish your dreams and to do so you are going to need a goal sheet. Where do you want to end up? Put that at the top of the page and work your way down the sheet. Branch off the top hedding and ask yourself what your first, second, third, and so on steps are to get there. I hope you cheer up.
