The Indian team failed to perform in the final because they had to keep their name as jokers in the final and I think they did well to keep the tradition of bringing the worst is right them on every final. And also it was again proved that our batsmen are not at all technically it to play on the grounds or pitches where the ball will bounce a little bit. And that is what happened in the last match. The England captain had a definite plan in his mind when he came on the field. His bowlers were bowling according to the field and keeping the ball short of good length so that our batsmen cannot permit them and get fans. This resulted in frustration and our batsmen got out cheaply. The only remedy to these problems can be to make few pitches in India that the ball will bounce so that our batsmen can practise on such wickets.
