what would you choose between the two?

hello mylotters,
its for sure that nobody would deny romance in their life.and its a feeling everybody goes through in their lives at least once.so my question is if you had to choose between a wonderful romantic relationship that would end only after a year,or a so-so relationship that would last for your lifetime,then what would you choose?answer it honestly whatever comes to your mind.don't mind sharing it here.

actually i guess i had both of them.in the end i remained with the second version,even would prefer the first one during all my lifetime.but mabe this is a rare case so i must be happy i had true love even for a short time so now i can appreciate the real value of the real love.if i would choose to have only the first situation i would risk to be alone all the rest of my life(as i can't choose them both,isn't it?)so i preffered the second one,having a true love somewhere in the past to remember whenever my heart misses it

good say andrejuly i rated you positive for this.atleast you are happy and content that you received your share of true love and now you are cherishing those moments instead of complaining.thats really a good attitude.and you are right nobody can't live alone.so you made the right choice by choosing the second option.

I'd choose the wonderful relationship that only lasts a year. Why? The longest relationship I've ever even had was 5 months...and they've been so-so. So it'd be nice to have even a year long relationship that was wonderful than a life-long relationship that was similar to what I've already had.

I had both and chose the so-so one and have been married for 23 years.
The romantic one was great for a year or so but only led to heartbreak.
I am happy with this choice. I would like to have both super romance and a forever relationship but we're there for each other and we do small things that show we still greatly care. I'm content.

i am sorry wotpatty that you had to face that situation but then i am happy that you are content with your relationship.but then you can always bring romance to your life anytime.the main thing that is required is care and you have this already.
