Do flowers affect one's mood?

I read an article that flowers affect one's mood. The color of the flowers if seen and the smell of flowers can bring a happy atmosphere or a bad one too. Sounds very interesting but do not how much this is true.

Well although Im not 100%% sure about the subject I have heard that scientist have found that certain colours effects one's mood and much more. It all seems kind of weird to me but who knows? The human mind is a mysterious thing and no one can really say much about it. If songs can make you remember things then I cant see why flowers could'nt effect some people's mood.
