Monday,September 10,Bo worries that Lindsay will face the death penalty if Nora can make a case for first-degree murder. There's no doubt Lindsay's old prison "buddy" Tilly is waiting with bated breath to see Ms. Rappaport on death row.... Bo realizes that Nora has a case for murder one against Lindsay. With the news of Todd being Tommy's father out in the open, Todd vows to get his son back, while Michael and Marcie hire a lawyer to help them get custody. Judy tells Michael and Marcie there's only one way for them to keep Tommy. After seeing John and Marty share a kiss, Miles gives in to a violent outburst, while Natalie ends up drinking with Jared in his motel room. Jessica and Jared are revealed to have a shared past, with Jared asking her why she never told her husband what she did. Todd finds out who's on his side - and who isn't. Cole asks Marty if she has a future with John. Blair fills in Starr about the recent turn of events. On Tuesday, September 11, Jessica seeks to find out what Jared is really after. Monday, September 10-Todd storms the courtroom and demands his son be given to him; Todd vows revenge on Rex; Jessica is surprised to find Jared at the cottage with Nash. Tuesday, September 11-Michael and Marcie are allowed to take Tommy back for one more night while legal paperwork is done; Todd turns his back on Blair; Starr and Langston prepare for the new school year. Jessica seeks to find out what Jared is really after. Wednesday, September 12-Bo suspends John from the police force for holding back information about Todd's son; Starr learns that Tommy McBain is really her half-brother; Michael and Marcie mourn for the loss of their son. Thursday, September 13-Blair sorts out her feelings for Todd; John and Marty grow closer and share a kiss. Friday, September 14-Michael and Marcie hire Rex as they prepare to fight for custody of Tommy; Blair tries to explain her actions to Todd. Cole asks Marty if she has a future with John. From SOD -What Will Happen:Todd is shocked by Blair's betrayal. Lindsay faces off with Todd. Todd refuses to be denied his son any longer. SNEAK PEEK: Marcie learns the truth. Jared knows Jessica from before. He confronts her about keeping him and their adventure from Nash. Todd launches a full-scale war on Michael and Marcie in order to take full ownership of Tommy, newly discovered as his son with Margaret. The custody suit divides the community, those for Todd and those against him. You can bet Todd keeps track. Marcie goes to see Lindsay in the clink. Marcie pleads with Todd. THE BATTLE FOR TOMMY HEATS UP! HOW FAR WILL MARCIE GO TO KEEP HER SON? Marcie is in shock when she finally learns that Todd Manning is Tommy's biological father. Todd demands to see his son and goes ballistic on everyone: he screams at Blair for her role in putting him in jail and vows revenge on Rex for lying about his son's death. But he is hauled back to jail while Michael and Marcie take Tommy home. Both sides get ready to battle it out --while Todd uses legal channels to get a court order for Tommy's DNA test, Marcie and Michael play dirty to prove that Todd's an unfit parent!
