my mom got a dui for not even driving she was getting her cell phone out of the car and the cop gave her a field sobriety test. and she got a dui now she pays 1,500$ for a lawyer 1500$$$$ jesus christ

I know someone that had something like this happen to him. He got a good lawyer and fought it. Your mom can probably fight it. Some cops can be such jerks and try to get you on any possible charge. It well worth the fight because at least if you win that charge is taken off your driving record. Plus you dont lost your license. Good luck.
