Is there anyone here who could help using Google Adwords?

I recently signed up for clickbank and paydotcom sites to market or promote the products listed in their sites through Google Adwords but, the problem was it required a website on my own. I wonder if I can create free website for myself. Further, I'm not sure how to build my website attractive to lure visitors and purchase the promoted products out there. How does this all work? How can we have one website created for us easily for free and also how can we present information about the products we want to promote and direct viewers through Google? Experienced - please help...
