Well, usually we women do say it much more often than guys would, and so is with me and my partner. he makes me see his love due to how he cares for me, and brings often flower bouquets, and such, or coocks me nice dinners, and brings me presents. This is his way of telling me he loves me, even though the I LOVE YOU words would suffice for me ;) and I am telling him often but he is like he is.

As often as I want to. Anytime of the day I always say i love you to my husband. There are so many ways to express your love. Love can be expressed through actions/deeds.

Yes, I say "I love you" often to my boyfriend and my son too. And I often kiss them.
My boyfriend can not express his love, though. I know that he loves me, but he is not the kind of man who keeps kissing me, and touching me. I have alredy asked him to be kind with me more often, because I need that, but I am afraid he won't change. :(

Yes, I do often say "I Love You" to my Boyfriend, then I hug and kiss him or vice versa.

All the time to my kids (TOO much) and a lot to my husband and even to my sisters! I learned the hard way never to take anyone for granted after losing my wonderful mother and then my crazy (but I adored him) Dad.
The last thing my dad said to me was "You hate me". We had a funky relationship where I was a caretaker to him and he resented having to be taken care of but I ALWAYS loved him. I said to him, "No, I love you, Daddy" and he shook his head no weakly. That was June 2006. I will never ever forget that.
I say I love you to everyone I love and I don't care if it embarrasses them. I want them to KNOW for sure I really do love them no matter what happens.

I always tell my partner that i love him. I like to say it all the time, before we go to sleep, before he leaves for work, when he's feeling down.
