do you skip breakfast? or any other meals? if you are already late for work or school in the morning, do you skip breakfast? if you wake up late in the morning since you overslept, do you skip breakfast? are you skipping meals to reduce weight? but researches have shown that skipping meals is not good for the body. I skip breakfast sometimes. Sometimes I just take a light sandwich for breakfast. I wake up late in the morning. and just take sandwiches without spreads for breakfast. what do you usually eat for breakfast? It is a dangerous trend to skip meals. Could anybody shed light on researches done on effects to the body due to skipping meals. skipping breakfast? lunch? or dinner?

Hi there. I find that Im usually skipping my lunch meal, mainly because I eat breakfast in the late morning, after a good workout, shower and other committments...

I have an irrregular eating habit. I used to work in a graveyard shift, so my meal time is at 12 midnight, then 12 noon. Between meals, I eat lots of snacks and drink lots of coffee. That's because I didn't eat in the office - our canteen food sucks. Now it had improved a little bit - I get to eat 3x a day. I work from 2 pm to 10 pm. I eat break fast - usually noodles at noon, then eat spaghetti or soup at 4 then a full meal at 7 and another meal when I get home. More or less, i get to eat a full meal twice. No wonder I'm really thin.
