Can you do this?

I got a message from a friend a few days back. It read, "sit on a place. Lift your right leg and rotate it clockwise and with your right hand try writing the number six. Should do it simultaneously. If you can, you control your mind well". So, reply me back after you try this.

I might add that I wrote the number six (6) and spelled it out ... writing the actul number six is very very easy and writing the word out was easy too but... when i write the letter s and x it takes a little concentration ...

But did you try it a little faster? By telling faster , i mean atleast one time in a second? If yes, then i really appreciate it. :)
