Paypal, Can I sitll bid?

i signed up for paypal but I dont want to submit my bank or Credit card number, (I know its safe but just dont want to), I can still recieve my $500 a month total and withdraw $500 right? Can I bed on ebay like this? My paypal ID is my email right? Thanks

Yes, but their is a USD$3000 sending limit. So when you reach $3000 in sent money then you will have to submit credit card information to lift that limit.

I do not have a credit card. Is it necessary to have a credir card for being a member of paypal?

hello there slick..i am not postive what your asking..but i just wanted to make sure you know that when you get that money in your paypal you can only spend it on paypal sites..only unless u give ur bank accout or even a pre paid debit master acrd or something..but yes u can get the money..but you wil only be ablke to spend that money online..untill u give up the rest of the information they need..hope i was just a little help for yea..:) have agood one!
