Has anyone asked you a theoretical question that really upset you?

I was filling out a questionaire for a survey site and one of the questions was something like this "If you were hiding from an enemy in a hidden room with twenty other people and the enemy was right there and your baby started crying would you knowingly suffocate your child to save the rest of the group?" and then it asked if it would be morally acceptable to do this. I could never ever do this and have been so disturbed by this question. I know it is kinda trying to get an emotional reaction similar to if two of your loved ones were drowning who would you save but this really upset me. Am I internalizing this to much?
