Alcoholic Hubby

I can't determine or would rather say that my hubby was already an alcoholic in our own slang we called it "lasengo". He's been to drinking since I known him, before occasionally but lately I've seen him too often drinking with friends. It's been habitual for him drinking after office hours, saturday nights or even on Sunday's which I prefer for him to stay at home coz it's a family day. But I don't see an effort on him avoiding his friends though I'm not against his friends but what I was trying to imply on him is that have a full time with his family even a day which I never experience. So what is you impression about my hubby He's an alcoholic, isn't he? Need some advice!
