Describe You School Teacher, Especially at MAjor Subject

I am a final year student in one of the Malaysian university. From my experience being the university student for 4 years, I can conclude 2 things which are: 1. A smart brain doesn't promise a smart lecturer. Most of these kind of lecturers have a good knowledge and they are super brilliant, but they are lack in dealing with people. They cannot deliver the knowledge to the students and the worst thing is, they don't want to listen to their students opinion because they think the students are not smart enough to talk with them. Most of them are the bookworms and the geek who always spend a lot of time in front of the computer or reading the book. Their social skills sucks and not very good in sports. 2. The favorite lecturers usually a person who are not so expert in his field, but good in communicating with the student. They will response to the students and most of all, they don't mind hear the student's problem and give some help to solve it. This kind of lecturers usually are an active person, have a good social skills and interpersonal skill.
