How much is TOO much for a costume for your 3 year old

My daughter just loves minnie mouse. At Disney, there is a dress that is blue and the skirt lights up. It is priced at $109.00. Do you think i should spend the money on this dress? My 3 year old is having a birthday party which the theme is dress up and princess. What dress would you suggest and how much would you pay for this dress? I know i could probably get half the money back on ebay. What is your opinion?
