Do think Dravid deserves to be a captain?

i dont think the captaincy is to be blamed for the recent performances.... indias only strength is batting.... if batsmen fail we cannot win the match... bowling is very weak.. so i dont think the captaincy of dravid is to be blamed

To decide whether a prayer will play in the team or not according to his recent performance is something which can be agreed upon. But captaincy is something which is like the quality which you have what you don't have. And I feel our present captain doesn't have the leadership qualities and the brains to lead the team. so whether it is the recent performance or it is the current performance it doesn't matter what matters is how he is leading the team and how right decision sees making which I feel is not the proper choice. He makes too many mistakes on field and off the field. And I still do not understand how a player of his calibre can give a part-time bowler in the last over to bowl when you have so good sloggers ready to time the ball out of the ground. These are two of the reasons why I think he will not make a good captain and I think he should be replaced with a more young player so that we don't have to think about changing the captain again for at least five to 10 years.

Okay i believe Dravid lacks aggressiveness, but i see this as his only weakness. He is doing well and may not be replaced. Also i dnt see any other choice rite now. Mayb after 20-20 WC they will think about choosing a young captain (only if India does well in WC). so lets wait n see

I dont think that we can blame the captain alone when we suffer a loss. And when we win, no one bothers about the captains. This is really bad. And morover india had done well in the tests but failures can happen. Everyone is equally responsible for that is what i feel. The only mistake that dravid made in the tour, i feel is choosing to bat in the last game against england. But we were put down by two wrong umpiring decisions. Otherwise we could have put up a fight. I think he did so bcoz batting is the only strength for india as we can see. So i dont feel he made such a grave mistake to put him out of captaincy. And this was managed inspite of the fact that india had no coach. This fact is commendable. and how long will we shuffle the captains?? We cant change them whenever india loose. So i feel dravid should continue.
