Earnings in mylot

We are all working it out for us to attain our goals here in mylot. Whether its about the point system, earnings, number of friends, number of discussions, etc... But I was just thinking, Is there a Difference in Earnings between "posting a short but quality discussions" and "posting a long but nonsense discussions"? Coz I think the earnings must be based on the Quality not on the Quantity of a certain topic or discussions. Posting high Quality topics/discussions "must earn more" than posting high Quantity nonsense topics/discussions. And, High Quality Topics/Discussions must have its own rate and much higher earnings than the others... :-)

I think quality is more important.i don't think that MyLot staff have enough time to read all the discussions in 24 hours.so i think they will just read more if the respond/discussions is quality one.i don't think they will give more money to people that write rubbish.

Quality vs quantity, I agree would be the ideal situation. But having someone read every post would be too crazy! I don't mind the system in place at Mylot, it may take awhile to reach payout but it seems to work. There are not many honest sites on the internet, but Mylot pays as they say they will, are fair and liste to their users! Hurray for Mylot a place to earn and give your views at the same time!

I agree with you but there's one problem. HQ of discussion is something that would have to be judged by some moderator and with a population of 100000 people it would be extremely hard to read every each one ot them. So MyLot staff had to made an algorythm that would mechanicaly rate a discussion. It surely isn't perfect but since they're some restrictions (i.e. you can't copy/paste if you got less that 500 responds) and you may report abusing with an explanation why do you think it's breaking rules, I think it isn't so bad. And I think there is a difference in payment for short HQ discussions and long MQ dicussions, but as long as you're not breaking the rules MQ will be a higher profit for you. Nothig is perfect...
