are you an optimist or a pessimist?

how do you view things that happen in your life? do you normally sulk in one corner and wallow in self-pity after encountering an unfortunate situation or do you try to seek the good side of the events that just occurred in your life? do you tell yourself that there is a good reason for whatever you are going through? do you take situations, events and things that you go through your life positively or do you weigh things in your life more on the negative side? do you think you're an optimist or a pessimist?

I am an optimist. There is no reason I should be pessimist, though many bad things had happened to my life. I consider it as my faults or my irresponsibility rather than blaming the society. The pessmistic feelings always feed our mind with negative thinking and I do not like negative thinking. I always go ahead with positive thinking and that is the reason probably I feel highly optimistic about situations.

Hello there. I look like an optimist. I am always smiling and appears happy. I am optimistic most of the time. However, there are periods in my life when I have been really negative and pessimistic. When things are within my control, I would not feel negative or sad when things turn bad. This is because I know that I have control over things and I can turn things around for the better. However, when things are out of my control and I get really sad and pessimistic when things do not turn out well. My solution to this is praying. God is my comforter in such times.
