There was a rumor going around that there might be a movie and it could have Christian Bale. I think he would play Snake very well. I used to watch my brother play this game,maybe the second one,it has some funny moments. Go to www.imdb.com. It says Metal Gear Solid(2009).

i believe that you have reason , because metal gear solid is till now one of the beautifulst games on the play station , creed just that a film on this beautifulst game of the konami is opportune to make , i cannot give reason to you on the film resident evil . also the this beautifulst film and to see, even if would have to make some scene in more than action , i hope that in a future a lot soon i can go to the cinema and enjoy a beautifulst film on metal gear solid .

There are just some games that are best left as games. The Metal Gear Solid series is already a beautifully crafted game by Hideo Kojima. Seeing it turn into a live action movie kind'a drags it down with live acting of real actors. Maybe they could do a good CGI film, like that of Final Fantasy.

That's whats really missing. Metal Gear Solid the movie. I think it would do very good. Snake is the man!!! lol
