What will I do with my 15 yr old son?

My son keeps making bad choices, the friends he hangs around with are questionable, he has ran away 3x now (because he didnt get what he wanted) and last night after I told him NO he goes home from church with a kid who was visiting his Mother from Texas. I had no clue how where the kid lived, I tried calling their cell phone and it kept getting the voicemail. I called the school this am and he was there but, what do I do? He is putting me through hell and back and this was his LAST STRAW with me. What would you do? I am looking for REAL answers please.. Thanks!
