arthritis is abit of a tricky customer..what works for some people doesnt work for others..so it is a matter of trial and error to a degree....diet is a contributary factor..drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day and also taking cranberry juice does help....the pain in the joints is caused by inflamation...what causes the inflamation is constantly under rewearch,,simple arthristis where the cartiledge has worn away is the old persons disease...more and more people these days however are experiencing arthritic pain much younger...glucosamine is useful but must be taken in the right quantity and can take up to 12 weeks to see some improvement...staying mobile also helps ..swimming is the best exercise...plus a good dose of sunshine is a great remedy ..people with arthritis who have relocated to warmer drier climates swear their condition has improved directly...i dont doubt them ..whenever we go abroad my wife definitly take sless painkillers and anti inflamatorys....

I do use Glucosamine Chondroitin & MSM from Good Housekeeping, you should try this. I have been taking those supplements for three years now I have no complaints, it really works.
