What's your best health secret?

I am wanting to try to be healthier and I am wondering what you do to be healthy? Do you have a 'secret' that you want to share to help me get healthy? Is there a diet you use to stay healthy? A particular food you eat?
I know that I need to drink half of my body weight in water, and I am already doing that.
Should I buy organic? What about vitamins? What is the best exercise habit to get into?
Any thoughts and tips appreciated!

I eat nutritious foods such as green leafy vegetables and fruits as well. I rarely eat meat.
I exercise everyday, which is every morning. I walked and jogged at the same time.
I drink a lot of water. I sleep eight hours a day. I take vitamin C on an every-other-day or on as-needed basis.

I have read an article that in japanese, after they woke up in the morning, they must drink clean water at least 45 minutes before brushing their teeth.
This is a good information that I have read and it is happy to share with you.
