Well I'm disappointed. Not in ED. But in the fact that I don't really think that's worth much. I don't know. "I will not eat slop for 60 days to win this POV" and "MY son wrote me a coded letter on who I can't trust" just... don't seem to be on equal "cheating" levels. I don't know. I don't think it's cause it's ED. I think that even if it was Jenn or Eric or anyone I wouldn't be upset about it. I mean, it's people you can't trust. that's not a big deal, in my mind. and J could have been many people. and E...Eric ok. but it's not like it reveals erics Identity. and obviously he didn't use it. soooo... yeah I'm not upset. GO DONATOS :)

Well it is against BB rules, says so in the book and the fact and Evel and his son thought this all up before he even went into the house just makes me mad, come on now,it's still cheating and bragging about it even if it doesn't change anything that happened in the game.

I don't know. I just don't see it. I mean, if it was codes to tell him of Alliances or something, that I could see. For me it's the "who not to trust". I just don't see how that's a big deal at all. Or cheating. and maybe they did look into it and they felt that it was the same thing. I don't know. I agree that if it's wrong you shouldn't get away with it and if it is wrong then yeah they should have done something. It's just not anything that bothers me I guess.

It's not against the rules for the HOH to get letters from family and that is what Ed got, a letter from his son. What ever the HOH gets, it is checked by CBS. So if CBS finds the coded letter not to meet their rules, then they would of never let it pass check and he wouldn't have got his letter. But he got his so called coded letter. So CBS isn't to worried. And I found nothing in the rules about this situation.

Just go to the CBS BB8 Message boards and read for yourself. Scroll down past the admin messages. You don't have to register to read the boards. http://www.cbs.com/primetime/bigbrother8/

I watched the youtube video just now. And I have to agree with the other comments, most of them anyway, that it's not cheating. CBS does check all their letters they recieve before giving them to the person. So it's not ED's fault. His letter passed the check and they let him have it. SO I don't think anything will happen. As for Jen, she did cheat. I don't really concider what ED doing, cheating. Like another person said on youtube, everyone gets coded letters. Even in the last shows in the all-stars and other big brother shows, I remember seeing people talking about the codes in letters. Only so much can be in the letters. And CBS checks alll letters. So this is CBS mistake if it's even a threat. It doesn't seem serious to me.

Okay, you sent me over to the message boards and from the message boards I went to some of the YouTube links. Hello! Lot of controversy building up over there. I'm not a fan of the fact that those with live feeds know everything that happens before the rest of us do. I was trying to play a game along with the show on the website of my local network. I'm not good at making predictions. I quit playing when I realized most people already knew the answers. ie It has been disclosed on the message boards who won POV (tomorrow). Yes, ED admits to receiving a coded message but their is speculation as to whether he will get a penalty vote. Some say BB would have already told him and us if that were to happen. A lot are saying the whole show is rigged and that Eric's votes online probably meant nothing because it was BB who made the decisions to begin with. And what else did I find out? Jessica figured out that Eric had something going with the producers. She's not sure what though. CBS and the future of Big Brother could be in a whole lot of trouble!

Well I for one will no longer watch unless this never happens again,it seems to have been rigged all season for D&D to win and that is bull! Like with the double eviction how they told them before the first eviction, that didn't happen last season. Ugh I am a little upset with the whole thing.

I just saw this on another site. I think that Evil should get a penalty vote against him if he is still on the block. That way Zac will have to decide who leaves if Dani wins POV. Yeah~ this is getting more and more interesting.

I agree,it is against the rules and he is bragging about it,as if to say"I can get away with anything in this house",rules are rules,no matter if it affected the game or not,it's still not right.
