Did you lose money with 12DP aka 12DailyPro? I did. Luckily it wasn't much, but it was enough to upset me when my stormpay funds were seized when 12DailyPro got into legal trouble. As a registered member there I have been getting regular updates on the progress of the case. It looks like members that lost money may get a portion of it back soon, well eventually anyway. The most recent email I received is asking members to register their account information for verification purposes.
From the email:
As communicated previously to the Court and the investors of 12daily Pro ("12DP"), the Receiver's goal is an equitable distribution of receivership estate funds. In order to achieve this goal, the Receiver must gather information from investors in a two-step process. The first step involves the setting up of an interactive web portal to gather information from investors. This letter is being sent to you to provide information and instructions for logging in to the web portal and providing your contact information and 12DP account(s) information. http://www.tlennonfor12dailypro.com/accounts
Once you register your account, you see the following notice.
Quote:
You, as an investor of 12daily Pro, are being asked to provide your name, address and account information for 12daily Pro and its payment processors (StormPay, EMO and EGold) as part of the process of determining your claim amount. Your name, address and account information will be kept confidential and used only by the Receiver. In several weeks, you will receive an email stating that your transactions with 12DP and claim amount are available to be viewed by you (and you alone) by using your username and password and logging back into this web portal. At that time, further instructions will be provided for any disputes with respect to your claim amount.
It is anticipated that claims will be calculated using a simple money-in, money-out (or "MIMO") formula. This formula simply takes all investments (or amounts paid to purchase 12daily Pro membership units) and subtracts all funds received from 12daily Pro, regardless of whether the funds were payments of principal, interest, commissions, fees or were received by way of a credit card chargeback or electronic fund transfer reversal. This calculation will produce your MIMO claim amount.
Please click on the appropriate tabs for 12DP, StormPay, EMO and EGold to enter your account numbers. If you had more than one account at any of these entities, you will have the opportunity to enter additional accounts by clicking on the "Add" box. All information provided by investors through the web portal will be kept secure and will be used only by the Receiver.
It's not until you enter your 12DP account number that you get the notice that you only have until 10/01/2007 to edit your information. You should also note that it will still be several weeks before you find out how much of your lost funds will be recovered.
IF you lost money with 12DP, I highly encourage you to get your claim submitted right away so you get a portion of your money back!

I remember them! Yeah I lost some money there and I have learned my lesson and stormpay was a problem couple of years ago. Thanks for the information and I will check it out, I had the emails about it but I figure it would be a waste of time.

I had pretty much though so too, but it was a very simple process to submit the information. It takes time for the page to load for each entry, but it was worth a few minutes to see if I can recover at least a part of the money.
Don't forget to submit yours before the first of October.

The final deadline to have your claim submitted to the courts is the end of this month. If you haven't followed up yet, you might want to do so now. ;)

Be sure to file your claim by the end of this month or you won't get anything back. Looks like I'll recover everything I paid into it anyway.

I didn't lose any money with them, as a matter of fact I earned a great deal of money from them (up in the thousands) It was the best program that has ever been on the 'net as far as I am concerned. I started out with a measly $6 investment. I had some BIG spenders (maximum amount) in my downline so I made a lot from their investment. There has never been another program that has paid like they did. Many have tried but failed.

Until now, I hadn't even thought about the people that did make money and how the courts would handle their accounts. I had only made 4 upgrade purchases for a total of $66 when everyones accounts got frozen, so I'm glad I waited so long to upgrade. It'll be interesting to see how it turns out and how it's handled by the various payment processors.
