I think some females feel like they are somone else when they are on myspace. Tyhey can be somethin they arent because there's sooo many users that noone really never knows.

I love that poem, and I sent it to my friend cause she is always saying that she's not great, and she so is!! She's the kind of person who just is the best and does not notice that she's so sweet, kind, and beautiful! Yeah, thanks, it's going to make her day! Now onto your question, women have this thing that keeps them from seeing what they are worth, and knowing that people are jealous of them and people just want to keep the truly great ones down because they are just feeling horrible about themselves!

Hi Papyiah. Unfortunately, many young women have low self-esteem, and believe that they will only be found attractive if they act in a certain way - dressing and acting prvocatively for example. It gets them attention, which can make them feel like they are genuinely liked or adored by others, and it gives them a small ego boost. This is not the same for all women, though. I know that I like to dress up at times, and look/feel 'sexy', but I am very confident and not degrading myself or my values, I am just expressing myself. Does that make sense?
