Has anyone seen the reports on the Bills player who was said to have had a "catastrophic" neck injury in last night's game? He's under heavy sedation currently and has undergone surgery, but they say it will be 3 days until they can know anything for sure on whether he will be paralyzed or not.
This player is a KID. He's 25 years old. How horrible would it be so soon in his career to receive such a horrible and life threatenting injury? He is still not very stable, and this injury could turn fatal at the drop of a hat.
Is there anything that could have been done to prevent it? Better protective equipment, etc? Or was this just one of the risks you take playing such a rough sport?

What does not mentioning his name have to do with anything? How am I not showing respect? I saw NO discussions on it, and hoped to bring it to public attention so more hearts and prayers would be turned toward him.
Yep, that's really disrespectful. I love how you commented on it so YOU could earn some pennies.
