i have read in the yahoo website. almost us get junk sleep.
is it dangerous? or maybe we cant get out of it.
junk sleep is a kind odf disorder where you can only sleep less than 4 hours.
and your mind are so stressful due to the ff:
-homeworks and projects at schools
-extracurricular activities
-watching tv if you go home tired
- using the internet even if your eyes are too tires of youyr screen.
junk sleep is also aresult of getting a nap out of a stressfyl day.
it prevents healthy lifestyles especially to the teens youth.
