The profusion of online arts websites allows anyone to explore thousands of art galleries, meseums and art expositions from around the globe. Search by subject, medium, country of origin and more. Public listing of expositions and online ticket sales make it easy for even the busiest people to enrich their lives through enjoyment of art and artistic performances.
the internet serves not only traditional artists, but also those specializing in computer art. There are many web sites solely dedicated to art created on computer, and even musuems of computer art. This is an entirely new venue for the new global media art community, and supports the creation, presentation, discussion and preservation of modern art that uses computer technology in original ways

I think your title is not really true Miss World. Arts are still arts even without computers. Computers just maks our life easier, not better. It is true that there are people having better lifes with computers around, but it is because they choose to use computers to have a better life. Arts have been with us even the time science is not yet discovered. Like for example the cravings of the cavemans in the caves. Even the sounds of nature is an art.
It is just that you have combined art with computers and internet, I believe you just have to specify it that "Arts have been better exposed with it, not being nothing with out it"
Your just like saying you won't be able to survive without computers... 'duh
