Do you think there is really any meaning in linkin park songs??

Of course they had a meaning. They're about dealing with pressure, overcoming fears, finding your place and placing trust in others. That's one of the reasons they've been so successful with teens. Well, if you read the lyrics you'll see yourself.

If u listen to them jus for the music, u will like it. It has that catchy effect. So, yes, the music is good. But try listening to them when u r kinda low and u r not paying attention to the drums or the guitar. Then u will know that the lyrics do have meaning. It is something that most of the ppl can relate to and u do not have to be a scholar to understand. What u will think at the moment will be this, "These guys know exactly how I feel." And that kinda lyrics anybody will love.

HI there.. Ofcourse they must be having some meaning to their songs.. They wudn't have had composed their songs then or else they may not have fared so well with the audience.. Its just that we in India are not used to that fast english and that's we are not able to get their meaning...

yes the linkin park songs do have a lot of meaning in them. Their lyrics mostly deal with pain,fear,coping with pressure,anger,etc. The lyrics of their newest album seem different though - especially valentine's day.

Well, I love linkin park... it only takes a genius to really understand the meaning of their songs.

Yes the songs from linkin park have meanings.....thats why they are my favorites.....come on dude their lyrics are awesome.....just tell me any band who have so much meanings in their songs....they are better than those rap and pop artists.....Just check out listening to linkin park for sometime......you'll know the answer.........

ya...definitely... i think..all songs have their...own unique background... and i do...really wanna know abt...Crawling and Breakin' the habit.. but...what abt Valentine's Day...i thought....it' a little bit different from others...

No I dont see really any meaning in Linkin Park songs. Some songs are meaningful, but most of the songs aren't.

There's a lot of meaning behind each lp songs...

They're full of meaning man!! Ponder over their lyrics and you'll have a nice story packed in each song. Like numb is the pressure felt due to an overprotective guardian. And in the end is about relationships and wrong decisions AND REMORSE. So give these songs another go and let them surprise you. Cheers !!
