I just would like to know how people feel about investing funds into the paypal money market program. I joined yesterday and invested 80 dollars into the program since this is the amount I have in my account already from ptc payouts and such.
Is anyone doing this and if so, what has been the outcome of this program so far for you?

I've been in the money market program for a year now and NO you don't have to have $100 to gain interest on your money. I had $25 in my account 2 months ago, I made a few dollars from that (about 2 or 3). Then last month I had $50 in there and made about $5 off that. Basically the more you have in your account the more interest you'll gain, but there is no minimum. I'd sign up for it you have nothing to lose at all unless of course the interest % drops low, but that's not likely to happen because it's been pretty stable the last year.

I am in the fund myself. I believe the balance has to be $100 minimum to acrue the interest. Also, I think it is done on a monthly basis. Sadly, I am not even close to having that much in lol so I don't know if I will ever see the benefits

Hmm Thier rate is just about the same as any other money market. I would like to try them out and see how much money I can make. I wish I could make lots of money with them. But I will try investing some money in them soon.
Thanks for the info. I almost forgot about their money market funds.

You don't need to have $100 in your account. Your money will accrue interest monthly. I believe it's about 5.2%, depending on the market. Paypal gives the report at the beginning of each month. I have a personal and business account with them and both are earning interests. I have less than $50.00 in my personal account.
