Can you believe this is just going to court? CBS was issued a $550,000 fine by the fcc which they are challenging and is just now going to court! I am sorry but I just had to post - almost four years later!!! Not alot of money for CBS - they broadcasted it regardless whether they "knew" it was going to happen they must have had some inkling it probably was rehearsed - just pay the fine already! Rose
