My little boy (4yrs) started full time school last week after the big holiday. He was in part time previous. It took him a while to settle into part time so I was worried about him going back. 1st day was great though, we were both up early which is very unlike us both, ha ha. Breakfast, washed and dressed and off we went. Everything was going fantastically. Then my other little boy (2yrs) was lost all day without his big brother around, he just sat in the garden on the step waiting. My eldest came home, had a great day after the mix up with school dinners we'd had. Earned himself 2 gold stars so was extremely impressed with himself. Then both boys decided that they had missed each other that much they would argue about everything (siblings are great =0} ) I went to make dinner and came back into the lounge to find my eldest had fell sleep. What an eventful day for him. Everyday my 2yr old asks numerous times a day when his brother will be home or is it time to go school yet to pick him up. I am really trying to gain his focus on other things. Puzzles, drawing/colouring, going to the park, shopping etc. How are you finding it all?

My son has started settling in to the new routine. He's getting used to the longer day and the new people. I'm on a quest for a part time job, not just to fill the time, but also to help pay the bills.
