How can I lose alot of weight and look really thin? ALL ADVICE.?

I weigh about 1 14 and I want to look really thin. I always think I'm fat. I hardly want to eat and I try not to. My birthday is coming up and my family and my girlfriend and I are going to disneyland and my girlfriend want's us to yake alot of pictures. But sometimes I dont want to cause I think I'm fat. When everybody tells me I'm not, What can I do to drop alot of weight and what can I eat.I only have three weeks, Please help and dont be rude. Thank you.

Honestly I think instead of working on loosing weight you should work on building a better body image. You have to admit 114 is not that bad. Sure you may not be as thin as some of the people you see on tv but at least you are not as big as me. I am 265. You are goning to look great to your girl friend not matter what because she loves you. She will still love you if you gained weight and if she didn't then she is not the one for you. All tht matters is if you are healthy. I would think about talking to a counsler or a therapist to work on your body image because I am sure you look great you just can't see it.

Excellent post. It comes down to body image. It is not really about losing weight that is irking you. It is about loving yourself. Eat healthy (never starve yourself, or you will set your metabolism up for disaster when you are older), keep active (we all know the benefits here), and love the person staring back at you in the mirror.
I am posting this because I was in your shoes a long time ago, and had a terrible body image of myself, unfortunately because I didn't have enough self-esteem. I starved, binged and purged in my youth because I always compared myself to females with smaller frames than mine.
What was never taught to me, and I found out the long and hard way is that we are all different and beautiful, whether skinny or voluptuous. Just be proud of you, and believe me, even if you are under 5' tall, 114 lbs is a good weight range in terms of being healthy. If you are over 5'3", you are actually underweight and this is not healthy for your body in the long run in the same way as being overweight is unhealthy.
Take care of you, PLEASE. Never compare yourself to others, because you will never be them, and THEY WILL NEVER BE YOU, and that is a gift to give back to yourself.

hi,the first step of losing weight u have already done and that is u r concern that u want to loose weight,for lossing weight u dont need to deit,but in neight u eat less,take dinner aroung 8'clock,cut out junk food,if u can then do yoga or jogging,walking,use staircae instead of lift,instead of eat lots in one go divide ur meal.and feel u r loosing wieght and u have to loose spread all this in ur subconciene mind coz this do also wonder,this really help u out if u follow

Try the after six diet, you must eat less during dinner, avoid midnight snacks, avoid colas and replace them with juices, replace meats with veggies and mostly fruits like pineapple and bananas and avoid junk foods while watching tV lol...I hope this can help you and hope u look a bit thinner after.

how tall are you? cause unless you are like under 5 foot i dont think you should wry about losing waight and if your friends and family are telling you you dont need to then maybe you dont. and you shouldnt rush losing waight its bad for your health just find a good diet for you and stick to it.

Yeah I feel the same way i weigh 107 and I don't think ill ever feel not fat. I hate pictures but Id really watch what you eat if you wanna lose it fast. Usually smaller people have trouble losing weight though so dont drink ne pop.

If you’re not under 5ft I’d advice you to seek professional help about your body image. Looking skinny isn’t looking good, looking healthy is looking good, a bit of meat on bones is far more attractive then a stick figure, if you’re worried about your body image consider toning up instead of losing weight it’ll be far more beneficial.
Take up sports, weight lifting, run in the morning.
The sensation of being ‘fit’ has more impact on your emotional wellbeing than thin.

Focus on how much fun you and your friend will have at Disneyland. Don't focus on your body image so heavily. Sometimes your body will go into starvation mode and start conserving calories if you don't eat, which makes it harder to loose weight. 1000 to 1500 calories a day and moderate exercise will keep you healthy and in shape.
