Have you ever played "quarters"?

For those of you who don't know what it is, it's a drinking game.
You bounce a quarter of the table and try to get it to bound into a cup filled with alchohol of some sort.
I played with beer.
If you missed you had to drink what was in the cup. I think if you got it in, you chose who had to drink it.
At least thats how I remember the rules.
Did you play? If you did, what were the rules?

I used to play this game when I was in the miltary. Don't remember alot about it because I was horrible at it and ended up drunk. Anotehr game we played was a board game called passout. I don't know if you can still buy it but it is just another drinking game. I shudder to think of my 21 and 20 year old doing this.

Never played it, but watched it a few times. I don't drink much so to me it was pointless.

OHH NOOO!! Im having flash back! Ohhh that was the one drinking game that ALWAYS..ALWAYS KICKED MY BUM! i never made the damn glass in all my 16 years or so lol..im 34 now..but i still play every now and again with some friends when we just wanna get all snookered lol..we also made our own Pass OUT game,there is an original one..but we made a new one and added some extra fun things and more drinks to be drunk..lol..i dont remeber the rules much..we just would shoot it and try to get in the glass..if there was rules..i sure dont remeber them lol..

Nope,never heard of this one,but then in my drinking days,who paid attention to names.lol
As I quit drinking around 25 years ago,I miss out on a lot of those games,but it was fun while it lasted.

Oh, yes, Miamilady! Our group played quarters! I haven't played for a few years. The last time I did, my husband got more in the cup than I did. Boy, was I schnookered! Our rules are the same as yours. Maybe we should get this game on!

I've never played, but that's because I've never really been a drinker. I did have some neighbors when I lived in base housing that played out in the garage sometimes. They lived across the street and in the next building over. They were LOUD when they were drunk. There would only be 4 or 5 guys there, but you would think it was 50. The guy that actually lived there ended up getting kicked out of base housing for the noise.
Anyway, we always knew when they were playing quarters, because we would hear "Where the F*** is all my money going?" before the party broke up. Apparently, one guy always brought a roll of quarters, but never left with any of them. lol

HOLY memories batman....lol! It's been ages since I've played it and usualy got pretty drunk pretty fast. Actualy, now that I think about it, that was the case with any drinking game so If I ever knew the rules they were quickly lost in a drunken haze, lol.

I've played, but we never filled the shot glass we were shooting into. Partly because it always made a mess when the quarter went in, and because we usually only had 1 quarter to shoot which got even messier. Also because we all drank something different. Some were Jager drinkers, some were vodka drinkers, at the time I believe I was a Southern Comfort drinker.

Oh WOW what memories....that is what little I can remember from playing that game. That was a fun game to play but I have not palyed in a while.
