Where were you/ what were you doing when the Twin Towers fell?

I was getting my girls ready for school. And i had no idea another plane was going to hit the second tower until i saw it happen on live television. My first thoughts were to protect my girls from the images following but i could not take my eyes away from the tv. I had such an instant feeling of death. We all were changed for ever.

i'm not exactly sure where i was. i think i was getting ready for work. at the time we lived about 2 miles from where flight 93 crashed. i remember my mom calling and telling me it crashed and to watch our for any strange people. i guess at the time they had thought there might be survivors and that the terrorists would be running through the area trying to get away. i was so freaked out going out to my car to go to work. it is a very sad thing that happened. my heart goes out to all the families involved.
