Hi pal.. how to be talkative and popular.. well for this i would say be yourself.. your are the window to your personality.. and you dont have to be like others or copy others to be at your best.. its you.. believe in yourself. People love to communicate to one who is genuine as what they are.. there will be people like you or love you. To those who are not talkative and you want to help them to be part your life.. well i strongly suggest take him or her out to visit some of the places of interest.. its much more better if you can bring him or her to the places that they like the most and once you are there you can see them talking.. and you can ask him or her and make him or her to talk to you. Discussing some matters that in his or her interest will be more exciting which will make them to talk.
