If you were going to an important award ceremony, such as a graduation, and you could only take one person to watch you receive your award; who would you take?

Most preferably, I'd take one of my parents. That's what I did when I graduated, infact, I'm lucky to have them both by my side when I received my diploma. But if ever my father wasn't around during that time, then I'd take my mother instead.

It's nice that they were both there when you received your diploma.

I would have to take my son Mikey. he is the one who is always there when i need him. of course he would have to fly down here from Portland. but I'm sure he would do it.

of course parent. awards especially from school are for parent. after their handwork of sending you to school, it will be a great joy and privilege for a parent to see their child receive award, its a way of letting them know their efforts were not wasted and that you as their child treasured it.
