Other day I purchased digital camera and the instruction manual is a big book. I donot have patience to read the big instruction manuals and I ask my son to read the book and ask him to tell me the operation guidelines, comment

I have to, meaning forced to read it hehe. It can be frustrating but if I read it thoroughly it does save me time, trouble, money in the long run.

Yes I do but only the part that I don't know how to. But when the gadgets is very new to me I must read the instruction first before using it.

oh yes I do, though I admit it's kinda boring and tiring but i still do,I don't want to damage that thing I bought by not knowing how to operate it.

i read the instruction book only when it is small and has less number of pages. when it comes to large number of pages like how it is for digital camera i do not do that. instead i learn it by testing it though it is risky to do that.but i think it is better to read the instruction and user manual always to keep the items u buy in good condition and keep them for longlife.
