if there is no new discussions, then what should we do?

I don't think there will ever be any danger of having no new posts!!!!!!!!!!!!

There are always discussions in the "discussions with no responses" area. You can always check them out.

There are always new discussions. There has never been a time there weren't any. It's because on the left hand side lists the new discussions and discussions without responses, and so on. And there has never been a time where those sections were empty. So while there me be no discussions you really like, there are always new ones available. I don't have any referrals and I'm making good money. So you don't have to have them. I don't know how many friends you have, but the more friends you have, the more discussions you'll get to answer, and the more people can answer yours. Of course, it's always wise to check out people's profiles before asking them to be friends. Cheer up, there's always a way! : )

Usually when you see theres not much new discussion, i think its better that you should start a new one. we cant always depend on other people starting new discussions but all of us. to keep mylot going. :-)

Not worried about quantity so much as quality... :(

If I cant find any new ones I go look for some old ones that I have not responded to or look in the ones with no responses. There are literally thousands of older topics with little or no responses. You can always find something that is interesting to talk about.

I dont know about referrals, I dont have any, But when there are no new discussions, I take the opportunity to go through my friends discussions incase I have missed out on any...

and sometimes..even when there is a flood of new discussion,I just couldn't get myself to respond to them..I see more site promotion and etc.. What I do, I go to friends profile,sometimes to other mylotters profile and see thier discussions and pick one from there.

Well, mylot will not run out of Discussion to talk about, coz there's also many new members that posting their own discussions. And also, there's a lot of things that happening in this world, and so many people also will take that opportunity to make those issues as their discussions here. like for example, Paris Hilton got raped (JUST EXAMPLE) and so, many people here in mylot i am sure that many people here will make their own discussions regarding that issue of Paris Hilton. I never have trouble finding a discussion! When my mailbox is finally empty, I can pick from all the 'discussion' topics on the left-hand side of my page... and after you comment on one, look at the bottom of the page for the list of 'similar topics'!

maybe it is time for us to sweep away all that discussion without a response ,as there are a lardge number of these is very funny and interesting too ,just we had had no time to give it a glimpse. and personally i will creat more discussions because of my progress in english. T_T

Finding discussions is not that difficult here, if there aren't recent ones i go for older ones. But the problem of mylot is, the site is pathetically slow, it takes less time to write a post but double time to load and send the post. Similarly, switching from one post to another within or outside the interest group also takes a lot of time. I am experiencing this, is it just me or you also feel the same slowness of the site? i do admit that my connection is slow but never pathetic as to mylot loading. I am fine with other sites with the same connection.
