At last I got that blue star. I think as far as earning is concerned, it doesn't matter whether you have good reputation on mylot. But it makes me feel that I am one of the quality users on mylot.
But, I am really considered to see some of my good friends who still have very poor reputation rating. They post much better discussions then me. Their responses are also great with good English and Grammer. But still they have poor rating. I don't know why it happens with them. I believe they are being targeted by some users regardless of their quality posts. But, I try my best to give them + rating to improve their rating.
For me they are as good as me and I consider them my best and the quality friends on mylot.

As you are new to mylot, I would like to suggest that you should always post good quality responses atleast with 4-5 sentences on the topic. Just follow the mylot guideline and see whole it helps you to earn, learn and enjoy here on mylot. Happy posting.

First congrats on a wonderful rating, that is awsome!
However I just wanted to add one thing, the ratings are considered in what mylot pays us. Many think it's not cause at first mylot didn't use it, but now they do....

Yes, this is what you have to put in mind. Try not to be affected much by the stars and ratings, because you'll never know when it'll drop. Just make sure that you post with QUALITY and not in quantity, mylot give rewards/added earnings for those who really deserve it.
We can have a good rating and reputation, also post discussions with good quality!;)
