When baby meets job,which one is more important?

I am a teacher.This year I have a baby, a lovely girl.I love her so much that I hope I can company and educate her at least one year but in our country it is five months given to me to do this. I have to come back to work next month. I am unhappy. what shall I do? You know I have to find a babysiter to care her, but I distrust her.I am confusd now.I hope someone can give me a good advice to solve this problem. Next I can tell all of you that the leader of our department is a woman who care nothing except her own interest.
