one of the greatest band ever

i think and i believe Eagles are best of the band!

I like the song, hotel california, because it gives me a very smoothing feeling :) and the play the guitar is being played is just so good. haha

I also think the Eagles are one of the best bands ever! Each one of those guys are very , very talented! It's hard for me to imagine, that many musicians being together that long, and be able to get along, long enough to make some good music! I have enough trouble keeping 3 musicians together without friction between them!

The Eagles created something which was uniquely their own and which was totally different from what the other bands were making. They managed to capture the imaginations of fans all over the world with their own brand of music which was something definitely different. Surely there were many bands who were as notable as the eagles but their creativity was unmatched.

I also love the eagles. I am from Texas and was sowing my oats in the 70's when they were really popular. One of my favorite song writers Jackson Browne gave them a big break when he let them record one of his songs " Take it easy". If you didn't know most of the band is from Texas. I can't really think of a song they do I don't like either together or solo.

The Eagles have ALWAYS been one of my favorites! I have several of their cassettes and CDs!

What do you think of their newest, Out of Eden?

I have just purchased their latest album Long Road Out of Eden and I think it is very much of the style they used 30 years ago. I don't object to that and think it is a very good album. What do you think?
